Our principal, GATEWAY TECHNOLGIES SERVICES PTE LTD, with collaboration with its client, a premier company engaged in the operations of a modern state-of-the-art railway transit system with head offices in Singapore, has immediate requirement for the following positions:

You will be responsible for facilities and building management and maintenance.
(Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with 5 years relevant experience.)

Perform preventive & corrective maintenance & overhaul of mechanical & electrical systems of the trains.
(Diploma in Building, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience.)

Responsible in the management of train service delivery, incident/accident management; management of staff competence and track access management. You will lead and supervise a team of controllers to meet the Key Performance Standards relating to safety, reliability and customer service.
(Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with 2-3 years working experience, preferably in a railway system or control room environment.)

You will be responsible in the management of customer service delivery, station and train operations, management of revenue and cash handling, incident/accident management and staff competence.
(Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering with 2-3 years working experience in a railway related industry. With proven leadership qualities and good English communication.)

You will be responsible in ensuring the smooth running of the daily operation in the station; administer the cash collection from the station’s Automatic Fare Collection and handover to the Cash Handling Centre.
(Degree in Engineering with genuine passion, energy and enthusiasm for a frontline customer service job. Good spoken and written communication skills are essential. Minimum 2 years relevant experience.)

You will be responsible to operate switches from OCC and observe for abnormalities before start of revenue. Monitor & ensure proper operation of PJTS power distribution system from the SCADA terminal.
(Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering. Preferably with few years of relevant working experience.)
