Our client, STEAMSHIPS TRADING LIMITED, is seeing an accomplished individual to manage its beverage production operations.

Responsible to the General Manager to efficiently manage the food & beverage production operations in accordance with company policies to achieve growth and profit objectives

• Minimum 8 years of Senior Level Management experience in food & beverage business, softdrinks, ice-cream, etc.
• Strong background knowledge and experience in ice cream / dairy products.
• Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or any engineering degree.
• With maintenance management experience. TQM skills, shop floor management.
• Must have inventory management and process management experience.
• Good leadership skills, good people skills, good command of written and spoken English.
• Must be able to read financial statements. Profit & Loss and Balance sheet.
• Age range 35-45 years old; male and of good health.
