Job Description: Due to its expanding operations, LAMANA DEVELOPMENT LIMITED is seeking for suitably qualified applicants to fill the following positions:
PLANT AND EQUIPMENT MANAGER
The candidate must have held a similar position for minimum 5 years. Preference will be for applicants with diesel mechanic fitter experience on earth moving equipment, concrete pumps and general construction equipment. Experience with self erecting cranes & small and heavy engines will be an advantage.
- Will be responsible for the supervision and management of the maintenance and care of all company plant & equipment.
- Must be computer literate and able to prepare and maintain records of all plant and equipment.
- Will organize schedules of preventive maintenance for all plant & equipment of the Company and undertake minor repairs
- A licensed Mechanical Engineer; preferably between 30-40 years old.
CARPENTERS (Rough & Finish)
Hands on experience as rough and finish carpenters in the construction of commercial buildings. Not more than 45 years old; of good health and willing to be assigned to any projects anywhere in PNG. Can speak and understand English language.
