• Must have at least 10 years working experience as Tile or Marble Setters.
• Must be able to train local workers.
• Not more than 45 years old; in good health.
• Can speak and understand English language.
• At least high school graduate or vocational course graduate.

• Can execute all plumbing works, drainage and sewage pipe work to a high standard.
• At least 10 years working experience as Plumber.
• Must be able to train local workers.
• Not more than 45 years old; in good health.
• Can speak and understand English language.
• At least high school graduate or vocational course graduate.

• Capable of laying hollowblock work to a high standard.
• At least 10 years working experience as Mason or hollowblock layer.
• Not more than 45 years old; in good health.
• Can speak and understand English language.
• At least high school graduate or vocational course graduate.
